2. Service Description

PyTalk provides a video conferencing platform that enables users to create and join virtual meetings, record sessions, generate transcripts, and manage organizational teams.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • One person may not maintain more than one account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Record meetings without the consent of all participants
  • Share meeting links with unauthorized individuals
  • Attempt to circumvent security measures
  • Upload malicious content or malware
  • Use the Service to transmit spam or unsolicited communications

5. Subscriptions & Billing

  • Free tier is available with limited features
  • Paid subscriptions are billed according to the selected plan
  • Payment processing is handled by PayU (PCI DSS Level 1 compliant)
  • We do not store credit card numbers on our servers
  • Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time through the account deletion page.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
